1. Block ice maker machine completely structure: mainframe, water tank and cooling tower. We will prepare the three parts; you just need to connect the power and water pipes for three parts. It is very easy to do by any electrical technician or refrigeration technician.
2. Block ice maker machine daily capacity: from 1 ton to 100 ton per day. If you want a machine can produce more than 20 tons per day, we need do water tank in your place, because the water is too long so that have no way to ship it.
3. Ice weight: 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10kg… also can design as your requirement.
4. Power supply: standard 380v-50hz-3p. We also can do special power, 220v-50Hz/60hz-3p, 230v-50Hz/60hz-3p, and so on.
5. Standard working condition: environment temperature 30°C, water supply temeprautre,23°C, evaporate temperature,-15°C.
6. Applicable working condition: environment temperature 5°C ~45°C, supply water 0°C~28°C. It is common that real production of machine will have a little change according to change of water temperature and ambient temperature.
7. Application: block ice can lower temperature, keep fresh for food, chilling drinks and water or some other things. Specially, Africa country the power supply is not steady, so that need big ice.

1. Ice block machine capacity is from 1 ton to100 tons per day

   For example:

   1 tons per day design:

   If make 5kg each ice, machine make 40pcs of 5kg per shift, make 5 shift in a day, it is 200pcs of 5kg per day.

   5kg x 40pcs x 5shift = 1000kg.

   If make 10kg each ice, machine make 25pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 100pcs of 10kg per day.

   If make 5kg each ice, machine make 80pcs of 5kg per shift, make 5 shift in a day, it is 400pcs of 5kg per day.

   If make 10kg each ice, machine make 50pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 200pcs of 10kg per day.

   If make 5kg each ice, machine make 120pcs of 5kg per shift, make 5 shift in a day, it is 600pcs of 5kg per day.

   If make 10kg each ice, machine make 75pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 300pcs of 10kg per day.

CBFI Quality Management Department is an important control method for processing quality. It equipped with the most advanced inspection equipments The professional control devices,it can provide accurate reference data to choose the most suitable material and accessories, which also effectively control parts quality. Besides, it also provides digital information for engineers and quality controller to determine feasibility for spare parts after processing.

This is the working processing of quality control.

Chooing steady quality supplier. After purchasing raw material, duing testing if it is proved well, then we will arrange these eligible matrial that come into warehouse.

When the machine finish fixing and come into testing working conditon. Every worker will be responsible for their equipment. They will give out fact testing date and results.After proving testing date is accord with delivery standard. Then CBFI Quality Management Department will allow these equipment that go to packing department and waiting for cleaning and packing.

Before delivery, CBFI Quality Management Department should check all mark and packing conditon. If it is prove it is accord with exporting standard and customer's requirement. Then they will allow these equipment come into fininshed product area.

Of course CBFI Quality Management Department have the right to make sample testing for every production step to make sure product quality.
