1.The above information is on the basis of water-cooled condensing.

2.Size of machine is before installation. It didn’t included the size of cooling tower, which is usually installed outside the room.

3.Machine running condition: water temperature:23℃, evaporate temperature:-12℃, condensing temperature 40℃, reference valve under 50Hz power supply. Real production of machine will have a little change according to change of water temperature and ambient temperature.

1)Warranty: warranty is one year. You can call us on phone and our engineer can go to your country to service when there is a problem. While, the visa, round-trip ticket, accommodation and installation cost should be paid by customer
2)Manual book: We will offer detail instruction book with clear drawing to tell you how to install and operate theblock ice machine.
3)We can teach the customer's engineer how to operate and install machines if he come to our factory in Guangzhou.

4) It's possible for our engineer to go to your country for the installation and they are experienced in installating the block ice machine for customers in different countries.

Q1: Why don’t you choose Ammonia as refrigerant ?

A: 1.As we know, Ammonia, with a strong pungent smell, is a toxic refrigerant. It have strong stimulation to our eyes, nose, throat, lung and skin. It can be danger of fire and explosion when the air concentration of ammonia is more than 15%. Therefore, the ammonia refrigeration system come under a rigorous regulatory approvals by the State administration of work safety.

2.Ammonia refrigeration system is complex, and is too risky to operate.So, it need somebody on duty 24 hours,which increase labor costs.

3.A very low automatic degreeand high power consumption of the equipment of Ammonia refrigeration system lead to a high machine running cost.

Q2: What configuration of the voltage of the machine is ?

A: We adopt standard voltage -380V/3P/50Hz usually, non-standard voltage can be customized, the price is extra.

Q3: What’s your usual practice about terms of payment ?

A:The payment can be T/T,L/C,Western Union, Money Gram and in Cash. The deposit is 30%, after we receive your deposit, we will start to produce the machine for you. The balance 70% should be paid before shipping.

Q4: How long is the time of delivery?

A: The delivery time normally is 30 days after we receive the deposit. And If necessary, we will arrange the shipping for you.

CBFI Quality Management Department is an important control method for processing quality. It equipped with the most advanced inspection equipments The professional control devices,it can provide accurate reference data to choose the most suitable material and accessories, which also effectively control parts quality. Besides, it also provides digital information for engineers and quality controller to determine feasibility for spare parts after processing.

This is the working processing of quality control.

Chooing steady quality supplier. After purchasing raw material, duing testing if it is proved well, then we will arrange these eligible matrial that come into warehouse.

When the machine finish fixing and come into testing working conditon. Every worker will be responsible for their equipment. They will give out fact testing date and results.After proving testing date is accord with delivery standard. Then CBFI Quality Management Department will allow these equipment that go to packing department and waiting for cleaning and packing.

Before delivery, CBFI Quality Management Department should check all mark and packing conditon. If it is prove it is accord with exporting standard and customer's requirement. Then they will allow these equipment come into fininshed product area.

Of course CBFI Quality Management Department have the right to make sample testing for every production step to make sure product quality.
